Blog 2: Seven Ankle and Arch Exercises for Strength and Flexibility

Dancers are super humans who are known for their agility, strength, grace, and many other incredible characteristics. To achieve such characteristics, dancers train endlessly and constantly work on improving their technique and their instrument, i.e.- their bodies. These seven featured exercises help dancers with their most used body part: their feet. Try these simple, yet challenging exercises and get ready to feel a burn! Feel free to modify when necessary and also change up the order. (However, I believe this order works perfectly as it begins with a warm-up and then increases in difficulty before ending with a deep stretch). Below I provided an Exercise Card where you can follow the exercises in order with the suggested amount of repetitions. If you need more clarification, I suggest watching the YouTube video associated with these exercises as it'll be more detailed. Try these exercises out and let me know what you think!
